The catalogue layout is genuinely helpful for understanding what I'm tasting—the caramel and strawberry notes in this Colombia batch were spot on once I focused. The creamy mouthfeel made it feel like a fancier cup than my usual morning brew. This gift has turned into my favorite part of the week.
Bought this as a gift for a friend who's just getting into specialty coffee, and the catalogue with the flavour wheel made it feel way more personal than just sending beans. The Colombia from Linarco Rodriguez Castillo is genuinely tasting like caramel and strawberry, creamy too. She's already askin
The tasting notes were spot-on—I got the caramel and strawberry right away, with that creamy finish lingering nicely. It's a gift that keeps giving all month, and the catalogue made me feel like I actually understood what I was drinking.
