Selvom Geishas rute fra Etiopien til Central- og Sydamerika gik gennem Tanzania, har sorten stort set været fraværende i landets kaffelandskab. På Edelweiss har Neel og Kavita genindført Geisha ved selv at fremskaffe og dyrke frøene for at etablere sorten på gården.

Fuldt modne kirsebær gennemgår en fire dages forfermentering under en sort presenning, hvor konstant luftstrøm understøtter en kontrolleret fermentering. Kirsebærrene spredes derefter i et tyndt lag og soltørres langsomt i 25–26 dage, indtil deres fugtindhold falder til under 12%.

Resultatet er en kop, der fremviser Geishas berømte blomsterkompleksitet sammen med lyse, frugtige noter og en silkeblød finish.
