Cultivado em pequenas parcelas na região montanhosa de Arbegona, este lote de processamento natural exibe a complexidade que tem vindo a definir os cafés mais aclamados da Etiópia.

A 2.200 metros acima do nível do mar, as condições mais frias retardam a maturação da cereja, permitindo que os açúcares se desenvolvam gradualmente antes de o fruto ser seco por inteiro.

O resultado é um perfil natural etíope clássico: suculento, floral e frutado, com um final limpo.
