Assembly x Mió — Geselecteerde Espresso

This is the kind of coffee I keep coming back to — the Brazilian beans have a rich, nutty body that works just as well black as it does with milk. Five years of partnership clearly shows in the depth of flavor here, and the bag's been my morning staple since it arrived.

Five years of the same sourcing partnership clearly pays off — this espresso has a depth and roundness that feels like they actually took the time to dial in the roast profile. I’ve been pulling it daily for a week and it’s quickly become my go-to morning shot.

The tasting notes really come through in the crema—sweet and rounded without any harsh bite. I’ve been pulling it as my daily shot for two weeks now and keep noticing how clean the finish stays even as the bag ages. Solid partnership payoff in the cup.
