このバーにOcelotが使用するカカオは、コンゴ民主共和国のヴィルンガ国立公園地域で、世界初の女性カカオ協同組合「Femme de Virunga」によって生産されています。トッピングされたコーヒーは、ヴィルンガ南部に位置するSopade農家グループによって近隣で生産され、今年初開催の「Best of Congo」品質コンテストで入賞したコーヒーの一つです。
