The sun-dried process really shines through here—you can taste the care in every cup. I kept the bag open just to enjoy the aroma while I brewed, and the consistency batch to batch has been spot on.

The sun-dried patios really come through here — the cup is clean and layered, and you can tell they moved the cherries carefully during drying because there’s zero funk. I brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness lingered long after the last sip.

Even though I usually prefer washed coffees, the sun-dried whole beans on open patios give this Caturra a sweetness I didn't expect, and every cup has been smooth and balanced. I've already ordered another bag.
