The dried natural process brings out so much sweetness and depth in this microlot from the Ribeirão das Pedras plot—I brewed it as a pour-over and got a clean, fruity cup with zero harshness on the finish. It’s a splurge, but for a single harvest this small, the uniqueness is worth it.
