Een samenwerking van twee smaakmakers met een gedeelde toewijding aan vakmanschap en herkomst. Handgemaakt in Schotland, is het een uitdrukking van twee levendige toeleveringsketens die samen worden gevierd in één uitzonderlijke chocoladereep.

Herkomst

De cacao die Ocelot voor deze reep gebruikt, wordt geproduceerd in de regio van het Virunga Nationaal Park in DR Congo door Femme de Virunga - 's werelds eerste vrouwelijke cacaocoöperatie. De koffie erop wordt geproduceerd door de boerengroep Sopade, gelegen aan de zuidelijke rand van Virunga, en werd geselecteerd als een van de winnende koffies tijdens de inaugurele Best of Congo kwaliteitswedstrijd van dit jaar.
