Provenienza

Il cacao utilizzato da Ocelot per questa tavoletta proviene dalla regione del Parco Nazionale di Virunga, nella Repubblica Democratica del Congo, ed è prodotto da Femme de Virunga, la prima cooperativa femminile di cacao al mondo. Il caffè che la ricopre è prodotto nelle vicinanze dal gruppo di agricoltori Sopade, situato sul confine meridionale del Virunga, ed è stato selezionato tra i caffè vincitori della prima edizione del concorso di qualità Best of Congo di quest'anno.
